Frank Dick OBE was appointed National Coach for Athletics in Scotland in the 70s before moving on to become Director of Coaching for UK Athletics. It was during his time and because of him that Britain rose to become a genuine power in world athletics, led by track stars such as Sebastian Coe, Steve Ovett, Steve Cram, and Dave Moorcroft, in addition to the double-Olympic decathlon champion Daley Thompson. He went on to become chief coach through four Olympic Games, seven European Championships and three World Championships.
Frank is now renowned as one of the best motivational speakers out there, combining his knowledge and experience of individual and team performance into a challenging and inspirational presentation.
