“I’ve been to quite a few Kleeneze Conferences before – in fact, this is my
twelfth and one of the best! It was just as exciting as my first Conference
was. The whole thing was amazing and the speakers were brilliant.
We went up on Friday night and stayed for the whole weekend with our team.
We took several new people with us as well, and that really brings a whole
new dimension to it – seeing it through their eyes. If you don’t go to a
Conference, you don’t realise how big it is.
The car incentive for reaching Bronze is absolutely inspired. Fantastic to
reward people who are further down in the pay plan. However, you have
caused a family rift with this year’s event. We want to get to Gold SED, but
we’re now arguing as to which car we want to win!
I always tell people how privileged we are to be in Kleeneze. We’ve travelled
all over the world – to places like Sun City. There are the cars and the
Caribbean Cruise to look forward to. And, within our own team, we have the
New York incentive. These sorts of things are usually only available to the
very wealthy – and yet we can have it all.”
