“From the moment Kleeneze started in
Holland, we’ve been very active in the
business. From day one we had excellent sales
and customers are still very enthusiastic about
our products. In our first four weeks of the
business we sold over €1300 worth of
products and we’d already built a very
nice team.
After those first four weeks we hit the 21%
level - our very first cheque was €965. It was
more than Rhodé’s monthly salary and she
immediately decided to sack her boss. And all
this was achieved in just one Period,
working part-time around two jobs and a 10-
month-old daughter!
In our second Period, we qualified as Gold
Distributors. Our income grew to €1035 and
we also qualified for the Kleeneze European
Conference in Prague. All this after only eight
weeks in the business – absolutely amazing!
From the very first day we have been
consistent with our retail. It’s the foundation
for success! Even when Rhodé became
pregnant with our second child, it didn’t stop
her from working towards our goals. The day
after our son was born, Rhodé was doing her
follow-up calls again!
When we started, we had four other
Distributors active in our little village, but
because we were the only ones who returned
every six weeks consistently and provided
excellent service, customers only ordered from
us and all other Distributors gave up. Sales
were there for everybody, but it was the
service that made the difference.
We take good care of our customers and
therefore customers take good care of us. We
often get presents from them and we’ve built
some wonderful friendships with customers
over the past three-and-a-half years.
We give all our customers just that little extra
attention and they just love it! We put
products together for the elderly, sometimes
give a short demonstration on a product or
even just have a coffee with them!
Recently, we went on holiday and when we
got back home our answering machine had
several messages from customers on it. So
even while on holiday, we generated a little
over €100 worth of orders. How cool is that!”
